Q: What programs does Personal Balance Nutrition offer?
A: A 3-month minimum commitment is required. 6 and 12-month plans are available at a discounted rate.
Q: How many times a week will I receive a check-in?
A: Whether you commit to a 3, 6, or 12-month plan, you will receive 1 check-in per week. Additional consultations are available at $60/hr.
Q: Will I receive a meal plan?
A: No. Meal plans often reinforce a mindset of being either "on" or "off" it. They offer little opportunity for flexibility in your life, where things can unexpectedly change - last minute plans to go out with friends, working late, sick family members, the list could go on. During your free nutrition consultation, we will review what your current diet consists of, and small changes that can be made to improve it.
Q: Can I still enjoy my favorite foods while on my program?
A: Yes, yes, and yes! The key to success with your nutrition goal lies in practicing consistency, not perfection. I've tried every restrictive diet on the face of this planet, only to find myself feeling worse than where I started. We will work on shifting your thought process of eating "good" and "bad" foods to eating "more" or "less" of them. Once I began to follow this mindset myself, the results showed.

Q: I am a beginner with nutrition and have never worked with macros and hand portions before. Will this program work for me?
A: Personal Balance Nutrition Coaching is for everyone, regardless of the level of experience one has. Each client's plan is customized to fit their goals, abilities, lifestyle, and more.
Q: Do you provide medical nutrition therapy?
A: Personal Balance Nutrition Coaching does not provide medical nutrition therapy. If you have a specific medical condition that may require this service, please consult with your physician or qualified health professional.
Q: What kind of results can I expect?
A: If you follow the recommendations provided, expect to have better weight management, sleep, increased energy, and more. Every person is different, and results may vary based on one's health condition, readiness and willingness to change, lifestyle, and goals.
Q: Do I need to take before and after photos?
A: This is 100% optional. There are many ways to track your progress, and what works will vary from person to person.
