You are probably wondering, "How can you help me?" I get it. I've been in your shoes many times before. I've tried all sorts of nutrition plans, fad diets, juice cleanses, you name it. I understand the stress and frustration of feeling like there is no plan out there that can work for you. I've lost the weight before, only to gain it back with eating habits that were simply out of control. One thing was common with every failed attempt I had (note: there were many) - being left with the awful feeling of thinking I was the problem, and something just had to be wrong with me. I knew what I needed to do, but why couldn't I do it?

At the beginning of 2020, I committed to taking back control of my nutrition habits. As I remained steadfast in accomplishing my goal, a new mission became clear: sharing my experience and knowledge with others to encourage their transformations. I can now confidently say I achieved my goal. I continue to practice/learn new habits that support my nutrition. I didn't define the foods I was eating as good or bad, but instead focused on prioritizing varieties of lean protein, carbohydrates, fats, coupled with proper hydration and sleep. During my 9-month and counting journey, there were many encounters with pizza, burgers, wings, ice cream, and more. I learned a hard truth. Taking shortcuts wasn't going to be an option, but I could still lose weight AND keep my favorite foods as part of the equation.

That’s why my mission is simple: give my clients the education, tools, and resources that they need to feel happy, healthy, and capable of managing life’s pressures.
